HAGH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAGH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,123 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAGH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGP, ECI1, and DNAJC19. Each is linked with HAGH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAGH-to-partner and partner-to-HAGH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAGH versus PGP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAGH→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAGH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
