Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAGH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAGH-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, YB-1_pS102, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with HAGH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAGH-to-partner and partner-to-HAGH results are reported.
