HAGH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAGH RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,598 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAGH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGQ, MGRN1, and GFER. Each is linked with HAGH in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAGH-to-partner and partner-to-HAGH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAGH versus PIGQ in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAGH→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAGH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
