HADHB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HADHB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,813 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HADHB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HADHA, STAMBP, and SPCS3. Each is linked with HADHB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HADHB-to-partner and partner-to-HADHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HADHB versus HADHA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HADHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HADHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
