Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HADHB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,984 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HADHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGXB4, LOX, and SPRED1. Each is linked with HADHB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HADHB-to-partner and partner-to-HADHB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HADHB versus HMGXB4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HADHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HADHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
