HACL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HACL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,874 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HACL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H6PD, APOBEC3F, and TAS2R10. Each is linked with HACL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HACL1-to-partner and partner-to-HACL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HACL1 versus H6PD in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HACL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HACL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
