HACL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HACL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HACL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPY2R, C3orf85, and GJD2. Each is linked with HACL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HACL1-to-partner and partner-to-HACL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPY2R grouped by HACL1-low versus HACL1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HACL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HACL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
