HACE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HACE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,854 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HACE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SQOR, PREP, and ARID1B. Each is linked with HACE1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HACE1-to-partner and partner-to-HACE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HACE1 versus SQOR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HACE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HACE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
