Across TCGA patient cohorts, HACE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,705 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HACE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SESN1, SEPTIN4, and SYNE1. Each is linked with HACE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HACE1-to-partner and partner-to-HACE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HACE1 versus SESN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
