HACE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HACE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HACE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, 14-3-3_beta, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with HACE1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HACE1-to-partner and partner-to-HACE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by HACE1-low versus HACE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HACE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HACE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
