Across TCGA cell cohorts, HACE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,559 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HACE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process, Microtubule organizing center organization, and Centrosome cycle. Each is linked with HACE1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HACE1-to-partner and partner-to-HACE1 results are reported.
