HACD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HACD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,743 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HACD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSTF1P1, RNU6-580P, and LINC02246. Each is linked with HACD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HACD3-to-partner and partner-to-HACD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OSTF1P1 grouped by HACD3-low versus HACD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HACD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HACD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
