HACD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HACD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 503 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HACD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5787, EIF2S2P7, and RNU5F-4P. Each is linked with HACD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HACD1-to-partner and partner-to-HACD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5787 grouped by HACD1-low versus HACD1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HACD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HACD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
