HACD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HACD1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HACD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP, Adipocytes, and Class-switched memory B-cells. Each is linked with HACD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HACD1-to-partner and partner-to-HACD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMP grouped by HACD1-low versus HACD1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HACD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HACD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
