HABP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HABP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,472 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HABP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLT1, LRRC32, and LINC00702. Each is linked with HABP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HABP2-to-partner and partner-to-HABP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HABP2 versus FLT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HABP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HABP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
