HAAO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAAO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 868 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAAO-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8B8, CENPH, and NUP188. Each is linked with HAAO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAAO-to-partner and partner-to-HAAO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8B8 grouped by HAAO-low versus HAAO-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAAO→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAAO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
