Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H4C8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL776P, DEFB108E, and CYP3A54P. Each is linked with H4C8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C8-to-partner and partner-to-H4C8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL776P grouped by H4C8-low versus H4C8-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C8→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
