Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H4C6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-105P, DEFB129, and MAGEB10. Each is linked with H4C6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C6-to-partner and partner-to-H4C6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-105P grouped by H4C6-low versus H4C6-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C6→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
