H4C4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-2, OR8K5, and RNU6-1116P. Each is linked with H4C4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C4-to-partner and partner-to-H4C4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD114-2 grouped by H4C4-low versus H4C4-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C4→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
