H4C14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,447 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAA35, KPNA2, and KYAT3. Each is linked with H4C14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C14-to-partner and partner-to-H4C14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H4C14 versus NAA35 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C14→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
