Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H4C14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H4C14 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher H4C14 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H4C14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and UCEC show a favorable association.

UCS, ACC, and LGG are the cancer types where H4C14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
