H4C14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H4C14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,913 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle budding from membrane, Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, and Regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with H4C14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C14-to-partner and partner-to-H4C14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Vesicle budding from membrane grouped by H4C14-low versus H4C14-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C14→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
