Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, H4C14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,570 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H4C14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB15, SP4, and ZFHX3. Each is linked with H4C14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C14-to-partner and partner-to-H4C14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H4C14 versus RAB15 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C14→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
