The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher H4C12 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H4C12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, DLBC, and COAD are the cancer types where H4C12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
