H4C10P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C10P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,304 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C10P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1_S368, MDC1, and WDHD1_S383. Each is linked with H4C10P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C10P-to-partner and partner-to-H4C10P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C10P→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C10P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
