Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H4C10P RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H4C10P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher H4C10P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H4C10P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and OV show a favorable association.
MESO, KIRP, and COAD are the cancer types where H4C10P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
