H3P38

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3P38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,747 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3P38-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF2AK4, UBR1, and WDR11_S1216. Each is linked with H3P38 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3P38-to-partner and partner-to-H3P38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H3P38 versus EIF2AK4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3P38→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3P38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
