H3P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,461 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process, Regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, and Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with H3P3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3P3-to-partner and partner-to-H3P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process grouped by H3P3-low versus H3P3-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
