Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3P24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,070 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3P24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are U2-type prespliceosome assembly, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and Telomere maintenance. Each is linked with H3P24 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3P24-to-partner and partner-to-H3P24 results are reported.
