Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H3P24 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H3P24 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher H3P24 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H3P24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and ACC show a favorable association.

KICH, UCEC, and STAD are the cancer types where H3P24 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
