H3P23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3P23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,133 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3P23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCAS2, EMSY_S238, and CARD6. Each is linked with H3P23 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3P23-to-partner and partner-to-H3P23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H3P23 versus BCAS2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3P23→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3P23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
