Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3P23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,008 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H3P23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Microtubule polymerization, and Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with H3P23 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3P23-to-partner and partner-to-H3P23 results are reported.
