H3P16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3P16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,057 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3P16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF618, CHAF1B_S410, and DSC2_S864. Each is linked with H3P16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3P16-to-partner and partner-to-H3P16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H3P16 versus ZNF618 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3P16→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3P16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
