Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H3P16 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H3P16 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher H3P16 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H3P16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and COAD show a favorable association.

ACC, KICH, and CESC are the cancer types where H3P16 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
