H3P10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,988 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3P10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MECOM, SHROOM2_S779, and TNKS1BP1_S178. Each is linked with H3P10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3P10-to-partner and partner-to-H3P10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3P10→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3P10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
