H3C8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3C8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 701 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3C8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, NUP58P1, and MIR4673. Each is linked with H3C8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C8-to-partner and partner-to-H3C8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4510 grouped by H3C8-low versus H3C8-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3C8→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3C8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
