H3C8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H3C8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,793 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3C8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, Mitochondrial electron transport, succinate to ubiquinone, and Autophagy of mitochondrion. Each is linked with H3C8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C8-to-partner and partner-to-H3C8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing grouped by H3C8-low versus H3C8-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3C8→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3C8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
