H3C8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H3C8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3C8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE11, CABP5, and CSTL1. Each is linked with H3C8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C8-to-partner and partner-to-H3C8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE11 grouped by H3C8-low versus H3C8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3C8→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3C8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
