H3-5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3-5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,024 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3-5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription by RNA polymerase III, Regulation of stem cell population maintenance, and Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with H3-5 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3-5-to-partner and partner-to-H3-5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3-5→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3-5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
