Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H3-4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated H3-4 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher H3-4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H3-4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD and ACC are the cancer types where H3-4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
