The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher H2BU1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2BU1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where H2BU1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
