H2BS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,216 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Innate immune response in mucosa, Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin, and Negative regulation of megakaryocyte differentiation. Each is linked with H2BS1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BS1-to-partner and partner-to-H2BS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Innate immune response in mucosa grouped by H2BS1-low versus H2BS1-high in OV.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
