Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2BS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,050 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H2BS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of autophagy, Vacuole organization, and Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin. Each is linked with H2BS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BS1-to-partner and partner-to-H2BS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of autophagy grouped by H2BS1-low versus H2BS1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
