H2BP8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,638 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BP8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyruvate metabolic process, Regulation of mitochondrial fusion, and Mitochondrial fission. Each is linked with H2BP8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BP8-to-partner and partner-to-H2BP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pyruvate metabolic process grouped by H2BP8-low versus H2BP8-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
