H2BP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINE4P, RNU6-591P, and MIR8070. Each is linked with H2BP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BP2-to-partner and partner-to-H2BP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINE4P grouped by H2BP2-low versus H2BP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
