Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H2BL1P RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H2BL1P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher H2BL1P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2BL1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, UVM, and BRCA are the cancer types where H2BL1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
