H2BC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Paxillin, Rictor, and B-Raf. Each is linked with H2BC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC8-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Paxillin grouped by H2BC8-low versus H2BC8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
