Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2BC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,918 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H2BC8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle budding, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Autophagy of mitochondrion. Each is linked with H2BC8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC8-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COPII-coated vesicle budding grouped by H2BC8-low versus H2BC8-high in OVARY.
