Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2BC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8B12 and H1-6. Each is linked with H2BC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC8-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC8 results are reported.
