Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2BC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,537 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H2BC7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, and Viral transcription. Each is linked with H2BC7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC7-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC7 results are reported.
